Emergency Access

Feedback to CMI

Every effort has been made to enable MyCMI+™ to auto launch when the flash drive is inserted in the USB port of a PC. However, differences in individual computer set ups and differences in operating systems versions make it impossible to have auto launch execute in all situations. The folowing examples show, step by step, how to access your MyCMI+™ from each of these operating systems.

IMPORTANT: In some businesses (particularly large organizations) the company's Information Technology unit may have configured computers so: 1.) they can not recognize flash drives, 2.) any information downloaded to a flash drive is encrypted so it can only be read on that company's computers, or 3.) a USB port is physically not present on the computer. In these instances you will need to go to another computer without these restrictions to download information to your MyCMI+™ drive(s).
