Emergency information on paper when medical personnel cannot access flash drive or web site. Your My CMI+ auto-fills paper form with contact information and allows you to add additional details of emergency medical information. Directs emergency responders to your My CMI+ flash drive and/or online. Order extras for yourself and family members so first responders will always have needed information. The Emergency Capsule is just the container for information generated by MyCMI+. MAY NOT BE ORDERED UNLESS YOU ARE A MyCMI+ MEMBER!
